		<description>If you follow your schedule strictly and even while preparing a schedule if you analyze how much hours you have in a day cutting down 8-10 hours of work and 7 hours of sleep, you get 7 hours in a day which is upto you how you make it, either you make it productive or simply waste it for things which doesn&#039;t matter much.

Your mind is much more relaxed when everything is going according to your plan, you can complete your pending tasks on time and you won&#039;t be stressed anymore because everything will be right on track rather than you kicking hard on the last days of any project or task.</description>
